研究领域
新生血管和许多疾病的发生、发展都具有密切关系,这些疾病常被称为“新生血管性疾病”,例如眼部新生血管、肿瘤、神经退行性疾病等。新生血管相关疾病的有效诊疗是临床上的关键问题,尤其是眼部新生血管安全、无创的个性化治疗是亟需解决的科学问题。课题组聚焦于离子键、π-π键在探针分子间交互作用、组装行为、空间构象关系中的机制研究,建立体内外超分子组装药物递送系统及诊疗一体化新策略。
