Undergraduate Innovative Experiment Project

Under the guidance of tutor, UndergraduateInnovative Experiment Project enables undergraduates or innovation teams tocarry out independent project selection and design, independent organizationimplementation and information analysis processing and summary reports writing,etc, so that it is a project for cultivating students’ interest and ability topropose questions, to analyze and to solve problems. It focuses on funding for projectswith new thoughts, clear goals, innovativeness and exploratory, feasible researchplan and technical approach, and reliable implementation conditions. EyeInstitute of Xiamen University attaches great importance to thetraining of undergraduates' innovative thinking, and takes severalundergraduate innovative experiment teams every year to the institute forscientific research training, and the professors of the institute guide undergraduatesto carry out project work and to declare all levels of undergraduates' innovativeproject. Eye Institute of XiamenUniversityhas won nine undergraduate innovative experimentplan funded projects in recent years, and obtained outstanding researchachievements.
