研究方向:
角膜免疫防御的分子调控机制研究:(1)局部应用眼科常用防腐剂苯扎氯铵(BAK)引起的角膜变化;(2)BAK引起的角膜上皮ZO-1表达及分布的变化;(3)局部应用抗青光眼药物-拉坦前列腺素、曲伏前列腺素和贝美前列腺素引起的角膜变化;(4)BAK对角膜神经及泪液分泌的影响。
   另外也对提上睑肌缩短联合上穹窿悬韧带悬吊治疗重度先天性上睑下垂的手术结果进行了评估,发现接受该手术患者的远期功能和美容效果好。
